Please note to 7/1, 7/2 and 7/3 that there will be match programmes and the numbers you gave us on the weekend is the jersey numbers they'll wear in the Grand Final regardless.

TERRY LAMB - TOP 100 PLAYERS OF ALL TIME
Congratulations to Chester Hill Hornets Club Patron and Life Member Terry Lamb for being officially announced today as one of the Top 100 Australian Rugby League players of the last 100 Years. Terry played all 12 years of his Junior Football with Chester Hill and grew up in the area. Lamb currently holds the first for first grade games 349 playing 88 at Wests and 261 at Canterbury. Lamb represented Australia in 7 Tests and 1 World Cup Final as well as playing 8 State of Origins for NSW. Lamb is the only player in Kangaroo Tour history to play in every match, which he achieved in 1986. Lamb would have represented more, but was a player who put Club and Family before higher honours and ruled himself out of the 1982 and 1990 Kangaroo Tours and the 1992 World Cup. Lamb won the Dally M Award when at Wests in 1983, the Rothmans Medal in his first year at Canterbury in 1984 and the Players Player Award on three occasions in 1984, 1986 and 1995. He was Runner Up in the Dally M Awards in 1984, 1986, 1987 and 1992 and he won the Five-Eighth of the Year a record seven times. Lamb captained Canterbury to Premiership success in 1995 in what was to be the last Winfield Cup. Lamb retired following the 1996 season after an illustrious 17 year career at first grade level. Congratulations to Terry Lamb on behalf of the Hornets for achieving this outstanding honour and our Club is certainly proud that we're the only Canterbury-Bankstown JRL Club to provide a player to the illustrious and very elite Top 100 group.

2007 NSWRL VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
The New South Wales Rugby League recognised its Volunteers of the Year in an inaugural ceremony at Balmain Leagues Club on Sunday night, with more than 260 people in attendance. The night combined the annual Junior League Christmas function with the presentation of Volunteer of the Year awards from each Junior League District. Each District named their own award and nominated their recipient based on their own criteria. The Canterbury-Bankstown DJRLFC Award was won by Chester Hill's Rosemary Douglas. Congratulations to Rosemary on such an outstanding honour and achievement.
